11-12-2024This cleaner is worth the money. I could have bought a more expensive product but this does exactly what I need it to do at a fraction of the price. Now, there are no bells ands whistles. There is no additional programming you can do to this thing. The Sonicare toothbrush allows you to add an additional 30 seconds to your brush routine. This unit does not have that ability. Also, there is no type of stop for this thing such as a flat spot or something else that will keep it from rolling off of the counter. Be careful with putting toothpaste on the brush and then sitting it down, it may roll on you and you'll end up with toothpaste all over the counter or the toothbrush on the floor. The one thing I like is that the unit comes with 6 brush heads. Now, what I don't like about the brush heads is that they have no covers on them. You can usually get a cover from the pharmacy but it would have been nice if they came with covers on them. The floss sprayer has really good power for flossing and gum irrigation. The pressure is adjustable and will go high enough as to cause pain and will draw blood if you are doing a gum irrigation. This is not an issue for me because you can adjust the power down. I prefer this water flossing to the string floss because you candirect the jet of water under your gums and you can wash whatever is under your gums out. This is a good unit and is well worth the money as opposed to some of the more expensive brands.

11-12-2024The toothbrush part works as advertised. The flossing part on the other hand stopped working properly after 3 or 4 months. You have to push a button on the side in order to get the flossing pump to start. It is the same button that changes the frequency/pattern it flosses. A month or so ago it didn't turn on when I pushed the button. I pushed it a few more times and it finally turned on. Today I had to push the button 10-15 times before it turned on. I sent a note to the vender, and we will see how they deal with the situation. The seller replaced it at no charge.
