11-12-2024I bought one of these kits on a whim after eyeing them for a year, or so. I got the rose Quartz set and it is real rose Quartz gemstone. I see some people here complaining that theirs cracked. With crystals one must be very careful not to expose them to extreme temps (don’t freeze them, for instance) and handle them w/ care. Even with proper care, sometimes crystals can crack, especially if they were bumped or dropped hard during shipping.Anyway, I have chronic fatigue syndrome and chronic sinusitis.My eyes are always puffy, lymph nodes always swollen and my forehead had tension knots from constant fatigue and pain. The roller is naturally cool at room temp and so soothing. I roll it under and over my eyes, over my forehead and temples. Then I use it to drain my sinuses by rolling it across my head down to my ears, my cheeks down to my earlobes and then my ears down to my neck. I use the roller along my tonsils under my jaw as well to relieve the swelling. Yes, it feels SO good after and my face is significantly less puffy.The massage tool is intense. I use light pressure along my cheeks and forehead to really drain my lymph nodes and sinuses and along my armpits to help my lymph nodes. I use it to gently loosen the myofascial tissue in my neck and shoulders and OMG it loosens my neck better than a chiropractor or massage therapy session. Look up instructions on how to use the massage tool properly, and use gentle strokes and it really gets deep into the tissue and can be painful if you’re not careful.I really did not expect something so simple and inexpensive would be so effective, so soothing and worthwhile. But it really is. If you have pain, puffiness, tension, etc. treat yourself- you won’t be sorry!
