11-12-2024There's a lot to love about this client table as a tattoo artist.The bed portion is nearly identical to all of the classic InkBed tables, nice, cushioned, three-sections. You should know the drill. I've heard from several artists that the InkBeds with seperated leg sections have too many points of failure and can sometimes cut clients, so I went for the simple three-section one here.The locking mechanism for section height adjustments is a double tension-bar system instead of the spring-loaded bar with different "slots." If you've ever used the spring-loaded ones, you know that the spring eventually wears out, they're loud, and sometimes the spring will come loose and fly across your studio. Not a fun experience. The double tension-bar system lets you adjust the foot and head section as you please.The base is a heavy-duty square steel tube frame. It's sturdy, but not TOO heavy. The electric lift is nice, quiet, and smooth (but a little slow for my taste).The only con I've found is the clip for the remote. It's made of plastic and has a small screw holding it in place. That small screw is barely larger than the hole in the clip, so after about a week it worked its way through and the remote fell to the floor -- hard. My client tapped a new hole for the clip and got a slightly larger screw with a washer to hold it in place. No problems out of it since then.All-in-all, this is a GREAT table if you want to save your spine from turning into a pretzel from tattooing. Much better than the vintage dental chair I'd been using for the five years prior. ?

11-12-2024My only complaint is that the tension rods do slowly slip. It’s very slow but it’s enough to notice. Aside from that, it’s perfect. Plus these guys have immaculate customer service as fedex lost part of the package and within less than 24hours the seller responded and made sure to get things sorted out and the missing piece sent over. No fault of the seller on the missing package, that was fully on fedex.
