29-08-2024Bought this for my 17 year old son for Christmas. He loves making milkshakes and smoothies, so I thought this would be perfect for him for in his dorm room and that it would be easy for him to use and keep clean. It is easy to clean, but... it came with no how to use or what to do instructions, other than the generic before first use stuff. It was VERY loud. I jumped up to go help him because I thought he hadn't done something correctly, but he had done everything right; it is just obscenely loud. Then, it didnt mix the shake! The mixing wand is metal (not plastic), which is good, but it only has a tiny disc on the bottom, which vibrates and is supposed to be what blends the ingredients. It doesn't. It looks great, but isn't worth it if you want something that truly blends a good milkshake or smoothie. Keep looking and find something else. Luckily I bought it on Amazon, so I can return it and buy one that works.
