The futon is fairly easy to assemble by following the installation video. It comes with tools that work fine, but if you have better tools, it might be easier.It was hassle free and did not take much time. It's not too heavy and I was able to move it on my own but still it feels sturdy.Look wise it looks modern and the leather feels premium. Because of the leather it is easy to clean can be wiped with minimal efforts. It is little smaller and low to the ground than I expected but it is good for guest room or smaller spaces. The throw pillows are thin but easy to remove when putting it into a bed. It is easy to put it into a bed or sofa and to adjust the angle of the back rest.The cushion is little firm but it is comfortable for both sitting and sleeping. It's good for the price with the good looks and functional couch/bed design.

Materials and quality is give or take.Feels nice to touch but not plush. When folded down in bed style manner the ridges and groves of the cup holder part you can feel on your back/body not enough cushion there when closed up. Looks nice but unfortunately on the one i received there was a tear towards the top of the backrest (attached photo). No assembly instructions came with mine but it was fairly simple to put together. Has some good things going for it but alot can be improved. Solid 3/5.My original review is above but since writing my original review. The seller contacted me on my cell and asked/talked about my item i ordered, issues i had and pros/cons within minutes he offered to send a new one no additional cost and no need to return my previous futon. The way the seller handle this is above and beyond what i would ever expected. This is why write reviews to give honest opinions and to give companys like this seller an opportunity to rectify any issues or concerns. I appreciate customer service and i am beyond satisfied. Great value products and even greater people and seller behind the products. 5 out of 5. This sole experience alone has earned them a customer for life.

A lesson learned. The budget is tight so I knew this would be no where near great quality but I was hoping for minimum practicality. During assembly (Which there were no written instructions, had to search youtube), one of the legs broke when flipping over and the middle cup holder part is at least 3 cm. too wide to fit in the space. I've attempted to contact the seller via their web form and the phone number listed. It's sketch because the phone number is a personal phone but either way no correspondence from them at all. Please avoid this purchase at all cost.
