09-09-2024*Update* The company quickly reached out to me and offered a replacement or refund. I chose replacement and received it in just a few days. The power connection of the new one seems much better, but the razer pulled hairs whereas the other cut cleanly. I mentioned to them that if they could combine the two, it might be perfect and they said they would continue working to improve the product. Then I realized that *I* could combine the two since the heads are interchangeable (duh) and now I love my little pink razor. Raised my rating to 4☆'S for the excellent customer service!I've had this for about a month now, and it's never worked right, since I first unboxed it. It shaves as expected when it will turn on, but it often will not turn on, on or off the charger. I thought it was a fluke the 1st time I used it and had trouble getting it to turn on, but that is just its normal.I only shave once a week (*if* I can), so it isn't overuse at all. All in all, I've only been able to use it 3 times. I will fiddle with the head and twist it a few times, which about 25% of the time gets it to turn on, but if not, I give up and try it a few days later. Sometimes a few days later it will turn on after some fiddling and sometimes not. There's no rhyme or reason, the thing is fully charged, it just doesn't have a great connection perhaps. Anyway, it's pretty frustrating and I wouldn't purchase it again. Which bums me out because it's cute and I like it *when it functions*.
