They suggested holding the power button for 5 seconds as a troubleshoot; while this was not a solution to this particular problem (unit would not hold a charge), I suggest trying this to anyone else having issues powering the unit on. Gave an additional star for the stellar customer service, but unfortunately, the product never worked for me.Further update: The seller sent another unit free of charge. I have not used it long enough to see dramatic effects, but the product does all that it promises. Wonderful seller with great customer service.
