18-08-2024First of all I want to say that the customer service from this company is the BEST! I contacted them about an issue on the weekend and the response time was phenomenal.Pros for the sofa; the color is beautiful and the material is nice as well. The longer cushions are pretty comfortable and well made. The dogs fits well in a smaller living room and very versatile in the setting arrangement. It was easy to assemble and I put it together by myself in about 30 minutesThe cons;The smaller cushions are pretty wrinkled and do not seem to want to come back from being compressed for shipping. I don’t think the couch would hold up to a lot of weight or constant use. The frame is smaller wooden pieces that seem a bit flimsy. The cushions are a bit hard but are ok for me as I didn’t want a super soft couch that is hard to get up from.Overall the sofa is worth the price I paid.
