18-12-2024We absolutely love our new sectional! We enjoy the four ways we can arrange it. It’s so easy to wipe clean. Everything came well-packaged. I took my teens one hour to put together. The instructions were easy to follow. The pillows add a nice touch. We also purchased the pillows/cases from Amazon.

18-12-2024the basics in short:Fit and finish is good, it’s easy to assemble ,it’s not a heavy duty or high dollar couch for the price point its sturdy and well built, fabric is better than expected, it feels great to the touch and looks luxurious yet it’s very comfortable.Our only issue was. WRONG BOX SHIPPED.long version :We ordered these couches and once they arrived they were all that we thought they would be.The Nail Head look, the velvety material in a rich,beautiful shade of gray that’s so soft to the touch and attractive to the eye.It was a breeze to install and assemble the couches except when We were about half way in assembly of the couch and we realized, One box was wrong.A different color and style couch, though they were similar.We were stopped on our tracks and disappointed. I contacted the company and to be honest I didn’t think I will receive much of a response.To my surprise the management contacted me and offered their support immediately.They backed everything they said.Unfortunately due to timing we couldn’t wait for a new couch to be shipped again.They immediately refunded my money and told us to keep the couch if we like or they pick it up.They were very apologetic and sincere.I would definitely recommend all my friends and family to them for their furniture needs even though we ended up at Costco due to time limitations ( that end up being a whole lot of issues later)P.S , the couch was given to a needy friend who made it work, the wrong parts were very similar that unless you pay close attention you wouldn’t tell.Everything worked out at the end and a great friend received a decent couch out of it.These days service is often a thing of the past.This company proved customer service is still the alive and the king.Months later I’m taking the time to review them and have a great experience in a bad situation.

18-12-2024We were nervous the color wasn't going to look like the photos, and it's not exact or anything - but it looks really nice and fits the vibe we were going for.It took like 20 minutes to build once we got all the pieces out of the boxes - people saying it's difficult to build or takes a long time could probably get lost on a one way road.The 8 piece sectional arrived in 6 different boxes on different days - we were nervous when only one box arrived, but Honbay support was able to give us tracking eventually for all the other boxes - even though Amazon listed it as delivered.The Honbay support was really bad, though. The AI chatbot is like the first iteration of AI chatbots and all their FAQs are broken.
