09-09-2024If you don't like orange, I would strongly urge you to pick another product. It's VERY ORANGE SMELLING. Each step in this skin care package is orange scented with another scent (the toner reminds me of a chocolate orange). The most pleasant smelling, in my opinion, is the moisturizer.For reference, I am a female, white, and in my 30s. I have a few light wrinkles and discoloration on my face from acne scarring.You can see in my before and after, the wrinkles are like DRASTICALLY DIFFERENT! I still have some slight discoloration -- and, yes, my face does get a little red immediately following the application process but this does fix itself in a few minutes (AND this is normal for me, nothing to do with these products!). When I first started using the products, I noticed a small spot of acne pop up but it went away after a few days. I tend to shy away from trying random products because they just will cause me to break out and I have a few allergies. I took a risk with this because I figured it might be worth it.Overall, my skin is softer and feels more moisturized than usual. My skin type is dry & oily. On a hot day, this will definitely make you a little greasy. My recommendation would be that this line is probably REALLY GREAT in a cold and non-humid environment. It feels a bit too heavy for a humid and hot summer environment for me. I wouldn't recommend it for someone with a lot of acne because it may be too heavy on the moisturizing side BUT it seems to do a lot for wrinkles.For the price: You can't really beat it with a healthy amount of each item - the cleanser, toner, serum and moisturizer. Don't expect La Roche Posay or Drunk Elephant but it's a decent set of products at a fair price. I did not change anything else in my diet/exercise except adding this skin care instead of a normal cleanser and lightweight moisturizer from Cetaphil.Top tip - use a jade roller or a guasha when using serum and moisturizer .... it's life changing!
