I love my Joymoop!! It is slim, light weight, and convenient. I waited 2months to buy the Joymoop. My friend had one and I used her's 1 time and fell in love. I have kids, Dog, Cat and a husband. Cleaning up after all them has been so much easier with the Joymoop!! I love the fact that the dry side really rings out all the liquid from the mop. No matter what it is. I love the 360° to be able to get into places my out spin mop could not get. The pad is easy off,easy on, washable and lasts. I love the fact that it came with 3 mop pads what a great bonus that I didn't have to try and find more to order. I love the fact when I go to empty the water it does not go all over it is light to lift and the handle on the bucket is amazing. I am tall and it is comfortable to the fact I don't have to bend down to scrub the tough spots the mop handle is very strong! I give this 5 stars 100%.

I read the negative reviews on this and tried to cancel my order but it had already shipped. I opened and tried it when it arrived. It was Great. There was nothing negative about this. Some of the reviews made no sense. I think people were "rough" in their use of this or in a terrible rush. Its a joy to use it. It cleans my black tile floors and WITHOUT STREAKS. Its easy to use and the drying section of the mop has to be tight in order for it to squeeze out the water. Dont force it. It works great. I have had NO problems with this and cant see any in the future. GREAT mop!
