QA:How does it work？ (You should do these steps one by one)
Step 1: Make sure your sim card is activated, you can test it on your cell phone.
Step 2: Turn off the watch first(Must turn off, otherwise unknown error)
Step 3: Insert a Nano SIM card(with data plan and call function) inside the SIM slot.
Step 4: Turn on the watch and wait for 5 seconds. Done. Enjoy the new watch.
Step 5: Download the App (SeTracker2) on your mobile, scan the QR codeon the user guide to download App, register your account to log inApp.（Please choose according to your Area, the correct Area.）
Step 6: Realize all the functions via the App.

21-08-2024Super disappointed bought this for my 7 yo daughter bday and she was so excited til she tried to use it and there is one math game that is not fun and too fast and when trying to activate it is impossible as the instructions are terrible and you have to log into other apps and activate a sim card.. After doing all this i was still unable to activate it instead got charged for bogus charges and fraud alert.What a waste of money and a sad daughter

21-08-2024The watch is basic with talk, text and videos. It has a strong wristband which is secure on your child. You can never be safe, this could safe yourself child’s life if unfortunate event occurs

21-08-2024Worst buy ever it never worked I called the company many times to fix. It only work 2 times and the app that you have to download would never sync with the watches so I couldn't set the time or be able to track my kids. It has them in China. Please do not waste your money
