This Futon Mattress Is More Comfortable Than My Mattress

03-09-2024I love this mattress. I love the look, and it is so so comfortable. The zipper is easy to remove and put back on, and after washing it, it didn’t shrink, which was a huge fear of mine. When I took off the cover, I was curious what it’s like on the inside so I ripped a bit of the non removable cover (easy to sew back on though) and saw it’s 2 thick foam pads and then a memory foam pad that’s probably 1.5 inches that holds the 2 together. The reason why I love this is because when you fold the fouton mattress, it doesn’t misshape or deform the mattress, since it’s already slit by the 2 parts. It also doesn’t cause any sagging from the top to bottom.I sit on this fouton every day, and have slept in it several times as well and have no noticed any signs of wear or dents for 2 months now. My fouton is right next to a window so I was concerned about the yellowing as mentioned in other reviews, but if it has yellowed, it’s been even so I haven’t noticed! But I really don’t think there has been any yellowing.Side note, I had my window open once and it rained really bad, so a quarter of my fouton got SOAKED. I took off the cover and moved the mattress to allow drying and airflow and put a fan on it for 24 hours and there was no impact on the mattress. I was worried the wet would ruin the foam but it’s as good as new!

03-09-2024This futon replaces our old, hard futon, originally supplied as part of our metal futon.The frame fits this futon exactly.I love the texture and pattern of the cover.The layer of memory foam means that THIS futon mattress is VERY COMFORTABLE.What was once a seldom used guest bedroom (and our guests would even use our BLOW-UP CAMP MATTRESS instead of the OLD futon!) has now become a favorite spot to chill in cushiony comfort.

03-09-2024So glad I made this purchase!This futon mattress is perfect. Super comfortable, has a non-slip backing, and removable cover for ease of cleaning. I read A LOT of reviews for MANY products, and finally decided on this one due to positive reviews and reasonable price. I was a little nervous only because it's thinner than some other options I was considering, but very happy with comfort and plushness of it (perfect amount of softness and firmness).I've only had the mattress for a couple of weeks, so I can't speak to longterm life of it. Very happy so far though! Highly recommend!
