How and When to Use? At the end of your normal oral care routine.
Use a pea-sized amount
Apply a pea-sized amount to gums with fingertips, cotton swab, or soft toothbrush. Allow the gel to dissolve and spit out excess. Do not swallow.
Apply 2x daily
Use at least 2 times per day. Recommend to use just before bed.
No eating/drinking for 30 min
For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after applying the dental gel.
