29-08-2024This fryer is good for simple very very SIMPLE FRYING. Not for long term frying.The only thing I dislike about it, is that you can not have both sides plugged in at the same time on the same breaker. They have to be on different breakers. Ex: I’ll have one plug up at my house outside on the porch then I’ll run an extension cord to my neighbors house and use her breaker as well. I REALLY REALLY DONT LIKE THAT. ABSOLUTE WORST. You also can not fry for long periods of time before the grease starts to burn. Doesn’t even have to be turned up all the way. It’s a lot of pros n cons to this product but it gets the job done. I’m a chef n I use it for certain occasions but I’m bout to buy something better. I wish could return it Bc I most absolutely would but oh well you never actually know till you really use a product.
