11-12-2024Después de devolver varios dispositivos comprados en Amazon, encontré este dispositivo que para Mi es el mejor de los mejores, cuando lo use por tercera vez empecé a notar los cambiosTengo 65 años y ya los años se notan bastante en la piel de mi cara, y les juro que cuando la use por tercera vez vi como estaba cambiando mi piel flácida reseca y opaca, vi mi piel igual que cuando tenia 45 años, estoy muy sorprendida de ver la EFICACIA de este lindo dispositivo que a la vez le da elegancia a la encimera de mi baño.Recomiendo mucho seguir las instrucciones del manual al pie de la letra y usar una buena hidratante 10 minutos después del uso de esta maravilla de dispositivo. 11-12-2024I had received the WarmDerm and only used it about 4-5x when it no longer heated. Even though I hadn't used it that many times, I had started to see some improvement in the texture of my face. So when it no longer heated, I was frustrated. I contacted Amazon but they said they couldn't help because it was beyond 60 days. I contacted the seller of WarmDerm and they responded the very next day. At first, they wanted to make sure I was following the instructions properly and I responded back that I was. They messaged me that they would send me another WarmDerm which they did; I received it yesterday. I tried it right away as I wanted to continue with my skin treatments and it worked perfectly! WarmDerm didn't ask me to write this review. I am writing because I am appreciative of how the seller handled this situation and now I can continue with my skin improvement; I'm happy!
