"First off, I NEVER write reviews. But this is such a miracle product, I had to say something. I have had the hardest, driest feet with major cracking for almost my whole life (nearly 50 years!). I have tried numerous products. I pretty much had given up. But then my neighbor recommended this cream. I was skeptical at first, but after using it for about a month, I could not believe the change! My feet are SO MUCH BETTER! Not the hard, cracking feet anymore! Even my nail tech shakes his head in disbelief every time he sees my feet. He just can’t believe it! He now recommends this to his clients! I use it 5-7 nights a week. Put the cream on the feet, put on some socks, and leave it all night while I sleep. I cannot stress how big of a miracle this stuff is!! I am still in shock at how good it is! I wish I had before pictures, but it was REALLY BAD!! Not anymore!!!! I would have given this 10 stars if I could!"

"I recently started using PurOrganica Urea 40% Cream, and it’s fantastic! It’s made in the USA, and it’s really effective for thick, cracked, rough skin. I’ve been using it on my feet, and the difference is amazing. The cream absorbs well and starts working quickly. After just a few days, my skin felt so much smoother and softer. If you struggle with rough, cracked skin, especially on your feet, I highly recommend giving this a try. It’s a game-changer!"

"I've been using this brand on my feet for years, it works great on the balls of my feet and callous areas. Makes taking my callouses down so much easier, also makes them softer so I don't feel them as much in the gym. Not a geasy or slimy feel and doesn't really leave a scent. I'd advise wearing socks after applying because the creame is slightly thick, so it may spread on your sheets or such. I recommend this product and will continue to buy it myself."

First, thank you to all the reviewers who provided photos – I should have taken before pics. The difference is truly difficult to believe. This stuff is miraculous. I’ve had badly cracked, bleeding at times, heels for several years. I’ve tried Gold Bond, Curell, Vaseline, and Aquaphor – all applied at night with cotton socks to help absorb. Nothing ever got rid of the dead skin on my heels. It all just moisturized it (Vaseline was the most moisturizing – I globbed it on). I often had to wear large band aides with bacitracin on my heels during the day. I tried to limit shower time, as I read that was hard on them, but that’s often difficult to do!It never went away, except in the summer months - until this year, when my heels decided to start cracking and peeling all the time. At least 2 of the cracks were deep enough to cause some minor bleeding. It was unsightly, painful at times, and the thick cracks were rough on my sheets. I was layering Vaseline twice a night, with socks. Desperate, I looked to yet another treatment.Enter 40% Urea cream. Never heard of it before. Even my dermatologist didn’t mention it. So, I started using it the first night it arrived. A nice shower, a scrub with my foot brush, and anywhere from right after to 2 hours later I rubbed in the Urea cream, and put my socks on. An hour later I could take my socks off, as it had soaked in. That next morning I was shocked… my cracks weren’t just moisturized, they looked like healing had begun! Actual healing, not just moisturizing.8 days later, after the same nightly treatment (I showered in the morning 3 times, so just waited until night, no soaking, to put the cream on), and my heels have no cracks, no dry skin. They are pretty. I’ve never had pretty heels. I don’t even recall thinking heels could be pretty. Mine are, now.The Urea cream feels oddly tacky (it’s hard to describe), so I do tip toe into the bath to wash my hands after I get my socks on each evening. By morning much of the tackiness is gone. The scent in minimal and mostly undetectible, but if it smelled like poo I'd still use it at this point. I still cannot believe this healed my heels, and how fast it worked.I stopped treatment on day 10 and only use a bit of regular lotion, but will begin the Urea Cream again with the first hint of dryness.
So, I’ve been dealing with extremely, severely, painful rough, dry, thickened, hardened skin for over a year now.Went to a dermatologist, which didn’t get me anywhere. They essentially prescribed regular moisturizer and ointment, and told me it’s the only thing that it will help, but it would take time.Well, it had been a year and a month in June, and I still hadn’t seen any improvement. It wasn’t even remotely better than when it began. My doctor said it was likely psoriasis.I had gotten a skin biopsy done a few months earlier. The results said that it did not appear to be psoriasis, but no actual diagnosis was given. My doctor still insisted on treating it only with regular moisturizer and ointment. So, In June I began looking for something I can use over the counter in combination with what I was using that may help the process along.I read about chemical exfoliants, opting to try Salicylic Acid, as it seemed to be the most popular. This only seemed to make it worse, as it extremely irritated my skin.It seemed like whatever I put on my skin had no benefits, like nothing was absorbing, regardless of what I did and how I applied it.It was just sitting on the surface of my skin.I figured the rough, thickened outer layer of my skin was preventing any product from working at all.I just knew that if I could remove this skin, I would be free from this nightmare I was living.A few weeks ago, I looked into other chemical exfoliants, ones that weren’t as harsh on your skin as Salicylic Acid is.I came across something called Urea.I tried a few products, with various amounts of Urea in them.It seemed promising, but not strong enough to where I could say it was able to solve my problem.I read that different strengths can be used for different things, and more severe problems required a much higher strength. So, I started looking for a cream with 40% Urea.I came across this cream, which looked like the best one to try, as it does not contain Salicylic Acid as well, as many other high strength Urea creams do.I ordered this through Amazon, and started using it that day. It’s been two days now, and I’ve only used it three times, and I’m already stunned by the results. It’s actually worked. This cream leaves my skin incredibly softer and smoother with each use.I can wash my skin without it immediately feeling rough again afterwards. It’s as if the absolute insanely rough, thickened skin has literally melted off, leaving better than normal soft, smooth, healthy looking and feeling skin underneath.I’ve been dealing with this for over a year, so it’s amazing to me that all the products I had tried for months failed, while this seemingly fixed my problem in two days.I can’t even describe how excited I am to move on with my life.Wow.
